In your not-so-typical weekend fundraiser.... you can hunt, hold, and even eat rattlesnake... all to benefit the Waurika Volunteer Fire Department.
You'll have a fangtastic time at Waurika's 52nd annual rattlesnake round-up.
Hundreds of people will spend tomorrow through Sunday scouring fields for Diamondback Rattlesnakes.
Prizes will be given out for the longest snake captured, most rattles, and more!
And if snakes aren't your cup of tea, don't worry, because plenty of carnival rides, and food vendors will line the streets.
You can even get your weekend off on the right foot by joining in on the 5k or one-mile fun run Saturday morning.
It all takes place on main street in downtown Waurika.
