At Sheppard Air Force Base some cyclists took time to scope out the scenery on base.
While some looked at the aircraft that are on display at Sheppard others turned it into a Kodak moment, and took pictures beside the different jets.
Since checking out the aircraft can cause questions to arise the base made sure pilot instructors and students were on-hand to satisfy the curiosity of intrigued cyclists.
"They are stopping to talk and we are enjoying conversation with them and getting photos and talking about airplanes and the mission here at Sheppard," said SAFB 80th Training Wing POC, Andy Kerschpaum.
Since Hotter 'N Hell started in 1982 the base has been on the ride route for some of the participants.
But this year all riders made their way through Sheppard Air Force Base.
