Firefighters spent two hours late Monday night battling flames that fully engulfed at a Wichita Falls house.
It happened around 10:45 p.m. on the 1000 block of Talley Lane.
Wichita Falls fire officials said a passer by spotted the fire which they believe started in the attic.
Officials said no one was home at the time of the fire that it took 18 firefighters to put out. By then the roof gave in and the house was considered a total loss.
They said only one fire fighter suffered a minor injury.
The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
