Making a deal on cars, electronics, and other items had Texomans steering into the Wichita Falls police impound lot.
When the gates opened this morning at 9 bargain hunters walked through rows of cars, TV's and other items that would hit the auction block.
Police collected those items from drug raids, unclaimed stolen property. The auctioneer hoped to find a new home for everything on this lot.
I am planning on selling all these cars, tvs, and electronics real fast before it gets too hot and get everybody a bargain today," said Bryan Choate, the auctioneer.
Money raised from today's auction will go into the city general fund and police investigation.
