The jury in 89th district court deliberating punishment for Antonio Perez has recommended life in prison.
They found him guilty yesterday evening on 5 out of 7 counts. The 69-year-old was found guilty of two counts of aggravated sexual assault and three counts of indecency with a child.
Perez was charged with the sexual assaults and molestation of two young girls before this trial but during the past couple of days, his two sisters also testified that he abused them many decades ago when they lived in Mexico.
On the stand Perez denied all the allegations by the two girls, and his sisters, saying the two young girls, in the current case, are liars.
