Jury selection is underway in the trial of a woman charged after a fatal car crash that killed her brother.

The icy weather delayed jury selection for Elizabeth Duerson's trial, but it began at 1:30 Monday afternoon. Duerson is charged with intoxication manslaughter in the death of Benton Crow.

Police say just before three on January 21st, 2010, Duerson was driving a car in the 22-hundred block of Kemp when she jumped the curb, hit two trees, and a light pole, causing the car to split in half.
