In May 2010, six people were arrested after hundreds of grams of liquid and powder meth were found inside a home in the 800 block of Rathgeber Rd.
Authorities say they seized about two-thousand grams of liquid meth and about 400 grams of powder meth.
The drugs were valued at nearly $140-thousand.
One person wasn't indicted and cases against three others were dismissed.
James Calvin Pendergrass admitted he cooked the drugs, and he received an 18-year prison sentence.
Dabney is the last suspect to go to trial.
He faces a punishment of 15 years to life in prison.
Jury selection is expected to start at 9 tomorrow morning.
