After a pre-trial hearing today in Dallas federal court, jury selection in the trial of a former Christ Academy employee who is suing the school for alleged gender discrimination begins Monday.
Robbie Kelly filed a lawsuit against the school last year.
Court documents show Kelly says the school showed favoritism to males when it fired five employees, including her.
Kelly alleges those five positions were replaced with men who got paid higher salaries even though they weren't as qualified.
The trial is set to take place in the Wichita Falls federal court next week.
