Man Arrested After Pointing Handgun at Another Driver

A Wichita Falls man is behind bars after he reportedly pointed a handgun at another driver.

Authorities said during a fit of road rage -- 20-year old Cassius Cummings reportedly pointed a 9 millimeter Smith and Wesson handgun at another driver.

The other driver called police and reported that Cummings was driving a silver Chevrolet Impala.

Police found the vehicle parked outside of Johnny Carino's and Cummings was arrested.

Authorities say the handgun was reported stolen from Hardeman County in 2010.

Police say they also found marijuana, hydrocodine, and a set of digital scales.

Cummings is in the Wichita County Jail with a bond set at more than $30,000.

Charges include unlawful possession of a firearm, theft of a firearm and possession of a controlled substance.
