Charges are dropped for one person arrested during a Wichita County Sheriff's Office SWAT drug search in September.

The Wichita County Grand Jury voted to no bill 19-year-old Fernando Rodriguez, so he won't face trial for the charge of manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance.

During the Sept. 5 search, Wichita County Sheriff David Duke says 38 grams of meth was found when they searched a home in the 1400 block of North 8th St.

Charges remain for three other people arrested during that search.

And the grand jury also no-billed a Burkburnett man who was initially charged in what police say was a break-in and attempted rape of his separated wife.

Thirty-two year-old Nathaniel Brown will not face trial for the charges of burglary with the intent to commit another felony and sexual assault

According to an arrest affidavit, Brown forced entry into a residence in the 200 block of S. Preston St.

The alleged victim says Brown started sexually assaulting her, including with an object.

The affidavit states when police arrived, Brown fled out a back door and a chase started.

A charge of evading arrest against Brown remains.
