DNA tests are returned to WFPD officers, which lead them to make an arrest in an aggravated robbery that happened about a year ago.
Police say 20-year-old Meljuan Young is one of two people responsible for the Oct. 22 aggravated robbery of the Value Village Thrift Store located in the 700-block of Indiana.
According to an arrest affidavit, the owner of the business says two men pushed him down and one said, "This is payback."
The owner says the robbers bound his hands and feet, and gagged him.
He also says the men held a knife to his chest and threatened to kill him if he did not cooperate.
He says money from the business as well as his personal cell phone were taken during the robbery.
Authorities sent items from the crime scene to testing, and they say DNA evidence links Young to the crime.
They say Young is the boyfriend of the daughter of a disgruntled former employee.
He's being held in the Wichita County Jail on a $250-thousand bond for aggravated robbery.
