A 31-year-old Henrietta man is charged with credit card abuse for using a credit card that wasn't his more than 70 times.
An arrest affidavit states Clinton Eugene Petersen used the card 73 times in a short three week period, from May to June of this year.
Police say Petersen charged nearly $10-thousand to the card, which belonged to his girlfriend's dad.
Officers say Petersen admitted to using the card but said he used it just three or four times.
He said the card had been given to him by a friend, and didn't have a name on it.
He's being held in the Wichita County Jail on a $25-thousand bond.
