Paul Zitsch pleaded no contest to the charge of indecency with a child by contact.
He received 15 years in prison.
Investigators say in Jan. 2011, Zitsch told them he was staying at the victim's home in Electra for several weeks.
They say the victim made an outcry and said Zitsch touched her several times and made her promise not to tell.
When questioned about the accusations, Zitsch told authorities "it potentially could have happened."
