A 31-year-old Henrietta man will spend five years in prison after pleading guilty to holding another man against his will.
Michael Gwin was originally charged with aggravated kidnapping, but was found guilty of unlawful restraint, a lesser charge.
Gwin brought the victim to a home in the 2000 block of Polk in Dec. 2010 where he was held against his will by Gwin and two others.
The victim was able to jump from a two story window after stabbing one of the men in the neck with scissors.
