Man in jail after threatening someone with a windshield wiper blade

WICHITA FALLS - A man is in the Wichita County jail for threatening another man with a windshield wiper blade.

Ryan Conover, 29, was arrested and charged with terroristic threat and criminal mischief.

Sunday around 10:30 p.m. police responded to a disturbance in the 4400 block of Post Oak Drive, where police said the victim's car was being vandalized by Conover, who told him to leave repeatedly before throwing a rock at the car.

Police said Conover also broke off a windshield wiper and held it under the victim's neck, threatening to kill him.
