Man Suspected in Oklahoma Home Invasion Being Held in Wichita County

A 34-year-old man is being held in the Wichita County Jail on a one million dollar bond after an alleged home invasion in Ada, Oklahoma.

Oklahoma authorities put out an alert that Audie Dean Sullivan could be in the Wichita Falls area and he was arrested Sunday.

Police in Ada say a resident answered knocking on his door and a man asked to use his bathroom. The resident said no, and police say the man forced his way in and began fighting the resident and then put a gun to the resident's head and demanded money.

The resident said he told the assailant he had no money and if he was going to kill him, to just do it. The victim said he was punched and pistol whipped several times, then the man left.

Police say the resident picked Sullivan from a photo lineup.

Sullivan is on parole and has numerous prior convictions, including two assaults on family members and one aggravated assault of a public servant.
