Man Who Allegedly Threatened to "Shoot Everyone" in Burger King is Arrested


In another weekend arrest 28-year-old, Willie Lee Davis is jailed for allegedly threatening to shoot people at a Burger King on Kemp Street. Davis is charged with theft of a firearm, unlawful possession of a firearm and terroristic threat.

According to authorities Davis went into the Burger King on Sunday night and yelled at his girlfriend, who is employed there, and said he would shoot everyone in the building.

Police say he went outside and came back shortly after and witnesses said they saw the outline of a gun in his waistband.

Police say when they arrived on scene they found the gun in the unoccupied SUV and found Davis behind the building.
Authorities checked the handgun serial number and found that it had been reported stolen.
