Missing Ohio Teen Thought Headed to Iowa Park Found Safe in Ohio

An Ohio teen authorities thought may have been headed for Texoma was found yesterday in Ohio.

16-year-old Skylar Frantz went missing from her home in Bethel on November 26th.  Officials and family members believed she could have been headed to her grandmother's house in Iowa Park.

The girl was missing for nearly two weeks before being found safe in a home north of Bethel at around 4:00 yesterday afternoon.  Officials say she's in juvenile detention right now and charged with disorderly conduct.

They say Skylar is claiming she was physically and emotionally abused in her home, something they say Children's Services will now investigate.
