A man considered armed and dangerous, who was on the run in Montague County after a burglary, is now behind bars.
Sheriff Paul Cunningham says 30- year old Jesse Rodgers Hunt had been hiding out in the woods, and walked back onto Highway 82 west of Nocona this evening.
He says that's when Hunt was arrested by Nocona police officers and Montague County sheriff's deputies.
Sheriff Cunningham says last night around midnight, someone broke into a home west of Nocona.
He says the homeowner came home and caught the burglar before he got away.
From the description, authorities believed it was Hunt they were after.
Now, he's in the Montague County Jail on a 50- thousand dollars bond.
