Murder Suspect Still Without an Attorney for Upcoming Trial

The on-going attorney status for a murder suspect Justin Love continues with a motion by his former attorney to get back on the case.

Love is one of three people charged in the 2015 shooting death of Domanic Thrasher. His former attorney Mark Barber has filed with the court of appeals to be reinstated as Justin Love's attorney.

In May, Barber was disqualified from representing Love for allegedly giving evidence to Love's wife, a potential witness in the case.

Last month, Love turned in an application for a court appointed attorney, but did not specify any grounds on why he is eligible for a paid public attorney and was denied.
