Two weeks ago, the shelter took in 17 chihuahuas that were seized from the home of a woman in Holliday.
Shelter officials say health issues required five of the dogs to be put down.
Two will soon head to New York for adoption.
Four were adopted shortly after the dogs arrived to the Humane Society and shelter officials say four more headed to forever homes this weekend.
That leaves two chihuahuas still up for adoption and shelter officials say they're waiting to see if 10 puppies, that were in the previous owner's care, will be turned over to the Humane Society.
