New Details in Murder of Petrolia Man

Clay County Sheriff Kenny Lemons says all suspects involved in the coverup or murder of a man are now in custody.
He also says others persons of interest, who may have benefitted from the crime, will be investigated.
On Friday in Phoenix, Arizona 30-year-old Justin Wayne Green was arrested and charged with murder.
He's being held on a one million dollar bond.
Phoeniz authorities also arrested his mother, 49-year-old Terri Green.
She's charged with tampering with evidence and is beind held on 250 thousand dollar bond.
Terri is also the Mother of Brittany Green, who was arrested last week by Texas Rangers and Clay County Sheriff's Deputies.
25-year-old Stephanie Heaston Corral was also arrested and charged with tampering with evidence.
Late Wednesday afternoon, authorities found a body buried in a shallow grave behind a home south of Petrolia.
The arrest affidavit for Justin Green says the victim was indentified as a man named Jose Ramirez.
Officers say Green's sister, Brittany, told them sometime before October 15, 2007 her brother shot the man with a rifle in the home
because he didn't believe in God and was also reaching for a gun.
After the shooting Justin allegedly called his Mother, Terri, to help clean up and hide the body.
His Mother then called Brittany for help.
The affidavits state Stephanie Corral drove Brittany to the house and also helped in the cover up.
A sourse said sometime after the shooting Brittany and Stephanie ordered a pizza and paid for it with a stolen credit card.
The sourse also said they told her not to worry because the owner of the card was dead.
The source also said the suspects went back to the murder scene several times to make sure the body was still concealed and
at one point even brought back a foot that had fallen off the body.
