Official Confirms New Restaurants Coming to Wichita Falls

We often hear rumors of new restaurants coming to Wichita Falls, but turns out some of those rumors are panning out this time around.
Bobby Teague, who's in charge of city building inspections, says Chick-fil-A has officially filed their building plat with the city.
The company will open a free-standing restaurant.
It will be located in Wichita Square at the intersection of Kemp Blvd. and Call Field.
According to plans on file with the city, Chick-fil-A will be built in front of the Shoe Carnival.
Now, the future owners are in the process of picking bids, and then construction will begin.
Plus, the "Five Guys" restaurant is bringing its famous burger and fries here as well.
Teague says that restaurant will go in on Wayne St. across from Sikes Senter Mall.
No word yet as to when that will go in.
And "Rib Crib" will soon offer its finger-lickin' ribs to restaurant-goers.
Teague says the barbeque restaurant will take over the old Double Dave's Pizza location in Wichita Square.
