WICHITA FALLS, TX - One of the participants of the 'The Duel' marathon in Wichita Falls died after a relative transported him to the hospital from the race, according to race director Sandy Fleming.
Thirty-one-year-old Travis Tollett was quadriplegic who participated in the marathon portion of 'The Duel.' He was from Walters, Okla., according to 'The Duel's' page online.
Tollett's website said he was a professional photographer and graphic design artist.
Fleming said their thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends.
