The trial for 46-year-old Robert Pautksy who's charged for causing another man serious bodily injury after he allegedly punched the victim outside a Wichita Falls bar has been delayed until Friday.
Attorneys say that's because the alleged victim, who was due to testify today, was admitted to the hospital to be treated for kidney stones.
Pautsky is on trial in the 89th District Court for aggravated assault.
An arrest affidavit states he told police someone was mouthing off to him, so he hit that person outside the Lazy Dog Saloon, located in the 300-block of North Scott.
According to testimony, doctors used metal plates to reconstruct the victim's face after he was hit.
The alleged victim, who was an employee of the bar, is expected to testify tomorrow.
