Phase three construction of the Wichita Falls Regional Airport could soon get underway.

Tuesday's city council meeting will feature two resolutions and one ordinance that will move the project forward.

The first ordinance will allow the city to apply for and accept a 7.5 million dollars in federal aviation money to pay for construction.

And one resolution will allow the city to continue charging a four dollar and fifty cent passenger facility charge.

And a second resolution will allow the agreement with contractors to get the construction done.

Meetings are open to the public.

They are located on the first floor of Memorial Auditorium.

The next one is Tuesday at 8:30 a.m.
