Wichita Falls police are on the hunt for a robber who targeted the Shell station on Northwest Freeway.
It happened this afternoon just after 1.
A store employee told officers a man entered the store, went to the back, and took a drink out of the cooler.
The employee says the man brought the drink to the front of the store and set it on the counter.
When asked if he needed anything else, the man flashed a semi-automatic handgun in his pants waistband and replied, "Yeah, the money."
He got away with an undisclosed amount of cash, and took off on foot toward Municipal Airport.
Officers say they interviewed several people in that area, but were unable to locate the robber.
He's described as a black male in his mid-20's, who has short hair with specks of gray.
He's about 6'3" tall with an average build.
If you have any information about this crime, call Crime Stoppers at (940) 322-9888.
