Police: Man who broke into a house and tied up the resident pleads guilty

A man police say broke into a home on Chip 'N Dale Circle and tied up the resident has agreed to plead guilty for a 4-year prison sentence.

Lamount DeVaughn was arrested in March of 2015. Police say after breaking into the home while the resident was asleep, he threatened the resident and then tied him up.

Police issued a warrant for DeVaughn, and two days later arrested him on Lebanon while he was loading up a moving van.
