Police say two people have been arrested in connection with the case of a toddler found wandering a business parking lot at 2:30 last Friday morning are now charged.
They say 26-year-old Stephen Gyasi and 28-year-old Rachel Gyasi were arrested earlier this evening on warrants for abandoning or endangering a child.
Around 2:30 last Friday morning, officers say several by-standers found the two-year-old as they were leaving a bowling alley.
They say the baby was all alone dressed only in a diaper and a t-shirt, and was wandering the Best Buy parking lot.
Police and Child Protective Services were called to the scene and the boy's parents were later identified.
The baby remains in CPS custody.
