Police say a Wichita Falls woman admits to being high on marijuana and Xanax when she crashed into another car.

Officers were responding to a report of a driver who was possibly intoxicated driving recklessly and then involved in a wreck.

That driver is identified as 27-year-old Amanda Opela.

Officers say when they asked Opela to step out of the vehicle, she nearly fell over because of her unsteady balance.

An arrest affidavit states when asked, Opela told officers she had gotten high on marijuana and Xanax.

Because she had three children under the age of 15 in her vehicle with her, she's charged with three counts of driving while intoxicated with child passengers.

She's out of the Wichita County Jail on bond.
