Three teens charged with first-degree-murder for the drive by killing of Australian baseball player, Chris Lane, in August last year, are set to be in court Tuesday.
Preliminary hearings for James Edwards, 15, Chancey Luna, 16, and Michael Jones, 17, are at 9:00 a.m. in Stephens County District Court. Duncan police say the three juvenile suspects targeted Lane while he was jogging in Duncan and shot him in the back.
They say the three suspects told them boredom was their motivation.
All three teens are being held in the Stephens County jail with no bond.
