The Reilly Road Fill Station's new payment system is almost up and running.
Wichita Falls Public Works Director Russell Schreiber says the new automated pin- account system is now in place and the software has been delivered.
He says approved residents will be able to start using the payment system January 7th.
The fill station was installed for annexed city residents, but city leaders say people in other cities and counties have been using the water.
Annexed city residents must now fill out an application to set up an account to use the fill station.
Account holders can buy up to 75- hundred gallons of potable water a month.
To apply, just call county judge, Woody Gossom's office at 766-8101.
