For many of those participating in this weekend's Hotter 'n Hell Hundred sleeping in tight quarters is all part of the fun.
"I have had some people call in and say we could have got a motel room here in Wichita Falls but they don't want to stay there, it's part of the experience of the bike race. It's not just a place to stay but an experience of the whole thing," said Bryan Bullard, the Downtown YMCA Branch Director.
More then three hundred people have registered to stay at the Downtown YMCA.
Folks bring their own blankets, mattress, and even cots to spend the night in their facilities.
The YMCA charges just $20.00 and provides breakfast for the riders in the morning.
YMCA officials say they have some guests who've been staying with them during the bike ride for more then ten years.
