Closing arguments are expected to start Tuesday morning in the trial of the Wichita Falls man accused of the continued sexual assault of two young girls.
Danny Rivers Jr. faces two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact, indecency with a child, and two counts of possession of child pornography.
The prosecution rested its case just before 11:30 this morning.
During testimony earlier in the morning, prosecutors called Sergeant Timothy Fox to the stand.
Fox works with the Dallas Police Department as well as an FBI computer and video forensic examiner.
He said he found one image of child pornography and two videos of child pornography on a computer that was retrieved during a search of Rivers' home in 2009.
Fox said there was evidence that other child pornographic-type videos had been downloaded but deleted from the computer.
He said he'd describe the user of the computer as a "paranoid user", one who downloads many videos, but quickly deletes them.
Earlier in the trial, Rivers' defense attorney's suggested Rivers was being set up because he was going through a child custody case.
Rivers waived his right to testify on his own behalf in the case.
The defense called only one witness to the stand during its argument.
