White is best known as the cigar- smoking, scotch drinking funnyman from "Blue Collar Comedy" is back in Wichita Falls with his new stand-up show, Nutcracker. Friday afternoon, he stopped by Kock's Liquor to sign for fans bottles of tequila, his new drink of choice, from the company he co-owns with his brother-in-law.
White says 100- percent of tonight's proceeds will benefit his hometown of Fritch in the panhandle where around 225 homes were destroyed in May by wildfire. As far as what you can expect from Friday's show, White says, "They can expect me to gut 'em like a catfish and leave 'em laying on the pier. That's what's going to happen to them if they come out tonight. I'm going to beat 'em to death."
Ron White's show starts at 7:30, at Memorial Auditorium. If you don't already have tickets, they're available at the door for 41.75, 51.75, and active duty military, police, and firefighters get in for just 25 dollars.
