A Wichita Falls woman accused of pouring gasoline on a man and coming at him with a lighter in her hand, will not go the trial.

Last September, police responded to a disturbance in the 900 block of Grant and when they got there a man told them he and Eran Roquemore had gotten into an argument over quote, "Facebook drama" and she told him to leave the apartment.

Then, he said as he was leaving she began swinging at him, grabbed a kitchen knife and he was cut when he knocked the knife out of her hand.

He said Roquemore then got a gas can from the bedroom, poured gasoline on him and put a lighter in her hand, before he ran outside.
