A Wichita Falls girl is still recovering for an organ transplant that saved her life one year ago and now her family needs your help.

Last April, 7-year-old Rylie Ammons received a liver transplant after several unsuccessful treatments doctors used to treat Adenovirus, an illness that attacked her blood stream.

She is doing better, but her family is dealing with many new medical expenses from the surgery and daily medications she has to take.

This weekend Rylie's family will hold Rylie's Rowdy Rally, a fundraiser to help alleviate those medical expenses.

The event is Saturday, May 4th at the Painted Pony Pumpkin Patched at 4376 Airport Drive.

It will be from 4-11 pm.

They'll have a snack bar and games for the kids, as well as a raffle.

To make donations in honor of Rylie or to get updates on the fundraiser go to----> www.cotaforryliea.com or you can also contact the family at rallywithrylie@gmail.com
