Sealed Indictment Alleges Dentist Had Meth in His Possession

    A sealed indictment reveals a Wichita Falls dentist who was booked into Wichita County Jail on a drug charge was arrested for possession of meth.
    Dr. Barry Lee Jackson is charged with possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.
    The indictment states on January 16th, Dr. Jackson had less than a gram of meth in his possession, and he was within one-thousand feet of Crockett Elementary, which is a drug-free zone.
    Dr. Jackson bonded out of jail on a $25-thousand bond.
    He received his license to practice dentistry in Texas in 1974.
