A second suspect is arrested in the burglary of a Wichita Falls home and police say cell phone records led to his arrest.
Twenty-year-old Juan Piceno is charged with burglary of a habitation.
Another man told police he hired Piceno to break into a home in the 22-hundred block of Princeton to steal drugs from inside.
Officers say they interviewed Piceno about the allegation and he denied committing the crime or even knowing the other man.
But police say they looked over the other man's cell phone records and found he called Piceno numerous times during the suspected robbery, so they charged him with the crime.
He's out on a $20-thousand bond.
