Wichita Falls health officials have confirmed a second case of west nile in mosquitoes in the city.
Vector control crews say results from a pool of mosquitoes gathered along Holiday Creek in Wichita Falls tested positive for west nile.
Health officials say it's the second positive case this year in the city since late July.
They also say no people have tested positive for the potentially deadly disease this year.
