Friends and family will say goodbye this week to two teenage girls from Holliday killed Friday in a horrendous wreck.
19-year-old Bethany Loper and 18-year-old Brittney Woollis were killed Friday afternoon in a crash, about 14- miles east of Seymour on U.S. 82-271 East.
Authorities say 79 year old Ann Marie Thomas, of Wichita Falls was driving westbound in the eastbound lanes of the 4 lane divided highway and struck the car the girls were in. Thomas was also killed in the crash.
The teenage girls were best friends and roommates, attending school in Lubbock.
Their families are celebrating their lives at a dual service later this week. Family members say the girls loved music and they're asking everyone who attends wear a t-shirt of their favorite band.
The funeral is Wednesday at 11 am at First Baptist Church of Holliday. Burial will follow at the Holliday Cemetery on East Olive.
