Seven people named in a sealed federal indictment about 2 weeks ago are now in custody on drug and other charges. All but one are local residents. All face federal charges of conspiracy to distribute meth, and some also have federal firearm offenses and local charges. 20-year-old Racheal Dawn Billen of Wichita Falls also has a local drug charge with a bond of $100,000.
44-year-old Louis Griego Junior Wichita Falls also has a local parole violation and 33-year-old James Holley of Electra has a local drug charge.
27-year-old Anthony Johnston of Wichita Falls has bonds totaling over $200,000 on federal and local charges and 30-year-old Janis Hernandez of Killeen was awaiting bond setting.
Also in custody, 25-year-old Darren Murphy of Wichita Falls and 31-year-old Christina Thompson of Electra. The federal conspiracy charge carries a prison sentence of not less than 5 years or more than 40 years.
