Sex offender back in jail after not complying with requirements

WICHITA FALLS - A woman who was placed on probation last summer for sexual assault of a 16-year-old boy is back in jail for reportedly not complying with requirements to register as a sex offender.

51-year-old Sheila Huffman pleaded guilty and received a deferred sentence of eight-years probation in June.

Huffman told police she provided sex for her boyfriend's son two times because he "needed the release."

The incidents happened in 2014 and came to light after the boy told the staff at the Juvenile Justice Facility about the incidents.

Police say the boy told them he initiated the first encounter because he had been fantasizing about her, and woke her up while she was asleep with his father, and it happened at least one more time.
