Stage Four Restrictions Could Start Next Week

- Despite cooler temperatures and some recent rains, city officials say stage four is right around the corner.

At Tuesday morning's city council meeting Public Works Director Russell Schreiber told the council he could be announcing stage four as soon as this coming Monday.

Stage four takes effect when the combined lake level reaches 30% capacity. Right now they are at 30.3%.

Stage four is our last stage of water restrictions and will have the greatest impact on residents and businesses.

No outdoor watering with city water will be allowed.

And surcharges for using over ten units of water will triple.

Also, you will not be allowed to water structures or sidewalks. You will, however, be able to water your foundation once a week on your designated day.
