Thanks to a state grant, four Electra residents received keys to their newly constructed homes today.
The low income residents qualified for an $80,000 grant to rebuild their homes.
Each home is more than 1,100 square feet with three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
City officials say the rebuilding program is helping Electra spruce up its image.
All new homes were build on the homeowner's original property.
Keys were turned over to each homeowner this morning so they can start moving in.
