A SWAT stand-off in Archer County last night leads to one man's arrest.
Archer County sheriff's deputies went to a home in the 13-thousand block of US Highway 82 in Dundee to serve an arrest warrant on 53-year-old Charles Scarborough.
Deputies say Scarborough arrived at the home later, but stepped inside the residence and closed and locked the door.
Authorities thought there were firearms in the residence, so SWAT was called out.
Holliday police, DPS, and game wardens assisted.
SWAT eventually forced entry into the house and found Scarborough hiding in a cellar.
Scarborough is in the Archer County Jail on the original warrant and is now also charged with evading arrest.
