A teen charged in what authorities call a thrill kill of Australian baseball player, Chris Lane, will go before a Stephen's County Judge Tuesday.

James Edwards Jr. is charged with accessory after the fact of first degree murder, a lesser charge after he gave testimony against two other teens.

Michael Jones, and Chancey Luna are charged with first degree murder.

Edwards is also listed as a witness in the case against Oddesse Barnes, who is charged with accessory after the fact of first- degree murder.

Authorities say Barnes concealed the 22-caliber revolver used to kill Lane.
