A Wichita Falls teen is convicted in the deadly 2012 shooting of a grocery store owner and is punished for the crime.

Clifton John Russell IV pleaded guilty to capital murder by terror threat or other felony in the death of "Mo" Ahmad.

He was sentenced to 60 years in prison.

He'll receive 794 days credit for time already served in jail.

Investigators say Russell admitted to entering Mo's Grocery on Iowa Park Rd. in January 2012 and fatally shooting Ahmad.

He says Michael Graves was his accomplice and served as a lookout at the front door while he went inside.

Graves is also charged with capital murder.

His trial date has not yet been set, but officials say his punishment is likely to be less than Russell's as Russell was the shooter.
