Teens Charged in Australian Baseball Player Murder Preliminary Hearing Moved to Next Year

Three Duncan teens, who allegedly murdered Australian baseball player, Chris Lane, preliminary hearings are moved to next year.

After 17-year-old Michael Jones' charges were re-filled, he and, 15-year-old James Edwards and 16-year-old Chancey Luna are all charged with murder in the first degree.

All three are being held in the Stephens County Jail with no bond.

The three teens preliminary hearings were scheduled for Wednesday.

The District Attorney's office said after paperwork was filed from the Defense the hearing has now been moved to February 4th at 9 a.m.
