Sunday was a monumental day for one biker group who brought the first international Bikers Against Bullying ride to Texas.

The ride is organized by bikersagainstbullying.org and aims to raise bullying awareness all over the world.

Sunday's ride in Wichita Falls kicked off in front of Pueblo Boxing on 7th street.

The group from Wichita Falls has been organizing free anti-bullying classes all summer long for kids in the area, and decided their next step was to coordinate the ride.

Groups from all over Texas and Oklahoma came out to spread awareness.

"We're riding for the kids, we're not riding for anybody else. We're not riding for money, we're not riding for any other reason but to get awareness out there, to let these kids know that they're not alone to let them know there are other people here to support them," Kristy Peterson, a local organizer, says.
Organizers say they had about 80 riders participate.
